Who will bear the 1% 0.002
BTC escrow fee (in this case 0.03ETH)
how its works?
I will then send a PGP signed message to both buyer and seller, which includes this brief description of the trade, and an escrow ETH address.
Once the buyer and seller funds the escrow address, I will release funds to both party.
