I have over 2 ETP awaiting payout to my wallet (which is not on an exchange). It says 1 ETP is payment threshold and you process payments every 2 hours. It has been 12 hours and no payment.

Your address is valid and not one of the listed addresses there, you should be fine when the payments are enabled again.
I'm sure you have already noticed too, but I would just like to bring it to your attention that the server timestamp on the announcements is March 16, 2017.

ROI on whattomine is nowhere near correct, please read the explanation on the first post of this topic.
When the hardfork got released the difficulty was around 1T (very low) so almost everyone found almost every block for the first hour or so, this was not an issue after 1-2 hours.
