I don't believe so (or if I have, I don't recall). I did, however, attempt to create another account after creating meta-p02 just to check whether it was Live Mail stealth-deleting the mail the site sent. (It didn't work.)
That was probably it. What was the other account user name? I unbanned the user name you have here so you should be GTG there.
