1071240 is suspiciously close to the fork point (1071555). I think what's happening here is that there are nodes on the network remaining from the chaos in February and if you sync from network you can get stuck onto one of those chain forks. One way to avoid this would be to sync from bootstrap.dat as that'll get you past this point before talking to the network. I think it's a bad idea to attempt to sync without bootstrap.dat, not only because it takes much longer, but it leaves you vulnerable to these sorts of bugs or attacks. You mentioned you attempted without bootstrap.dat because:

But somedays ago CM allowed to withdraw flappy! So even they opend the withdraw they couldn't do that?
That's correct. Nobody has been able to withdraw successfully yet.
