I proposed to my girlfriend during a firework show.  Although we capture some great pictures, the video did not turn out well.  Because of the low light, the frame rate is really low, the video is grainy, and is generally a mess.

I am not entirely sure what is possible, but I would like to have it cleaned up in to a presentable state.  If this is something you are interested in, I will send you the video to get your opinion on what can be done.
