They usually take 3 day for a ticket. If too long I think u should make many ticket as you can. When poloniex still have trollbox I always make new account and spam in there. Is it open again?

I think they want to expand and bad publicity would be the last they need right now. I was pretty surprised lately about a quick response to a support request.
Else you only have the legal way against them. Maybe you know an attourney, who writes for you a letter for cheap. Sometimes this helps
