To be honest, unless there are huge surges this year and the overall market caps hit over the Trillion mark, I don't see it happening until late 2019.  Volumes and the market caps have been struggling most of the year and there is no indication things are going to go bull for extended periods of time.  Regulations by the big markets across the world and outright banning have hurt the crypto world in the short term, but it should stabilize things over the long term.
