They are just taking some preventive measure for their users so that they do not end up with any kind of scams or fraudulent activities. It's not going to be good for the cryptomarket because google and facebook are the top two websites where Marketing and sales are done on a high scale basis and banning there may affect the bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies for sure.
Banned in Facebook to advertise CryptoCurrency? But I saw there are still advertisement about the bitcoin/ CryptoCurrency.
I also saw a couple of crypto advertisements from stox and essentia one but they are in a form of a giveaway (airdrop and contest) there's nothing to lose other than people's time comparing it to an ico where people have a chance to lose money. I guess they still allow it but have strict requirements about advertising crypto.
But i still see the ICOs ads anywhere in facebook even is messenger , and the same for Google , maybe it's banned only for few countries ?
