How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur? Value decrease? Legality issues? Different technology/ideas to supersede it?
I think bitcoin will not die as long as there is an Internet.
Bitcoin is the world's first distributed virtual currency, and bitcoin and its network are made and produced by users, not by the central bank. Decentralization is also a guarantee of the security and freedom of bitcoin.
Technically, there is no way to ban bitcoin. As long as someone USES bitcoin, bitcoin doesn't die.
I do not think it's because of the internet factor, but because of the user factor, though bitcoin can not be destroyed but if all the users leave then bitcoin will die naturally, and I'm sure this will happen someday.
