1) buy nothing
2 ) buy BTC and or ETH the king and queen
3) buy new company just finish recently ico bluzelle ,artblock, sophia, bee ..
4) or buy low cap gem OCN , TRAC, ESPER, lamden
5) buy strong alt like NEO, XML, NANO, ADA
6).....your idea

March month is a bearish market as the price has got many dips where someone else out there has a chance to buy at cheaper price. Item 2, is definitely a good choice as those has a great coins with many supporters.1) buy nothing
