Yes, even though they got many accounts but they still need to spend money on captcha solving software as well but at the end, these guys can make money very little from these faucet sites with so much effort.
That's probably why the ones with large botnets are the biggest problem. Try working out how much that guy with 50,000 accounts was making an hour. Not just the base reward but all the other prizes. That's a statistical chance of winning the $200 top prize 2.5 times per hour.
