Bitcoin is the first crypto currency that is made successful. A lot of people called bitcoin as a mother of all currency for it is the first currency that is made by Satoshi Nakamoto and this currency is the most popular among all.  Altcoin or alternative coin for me is just a copy of bitcoin because its just relying on bitcoin. If the price of bitcoin will decrease then altcoin will do the same.
