Yes, the grammar is not that of a native English speaker. They promise to post the "informations", to " give here notice of the starting time", to "reply all questions". Kind of like someone doing an internal translation from a Romance language. Just a guess.
Ken Slaughter with Activemining has shitty grammar too, and he's been speaking english since day 1.
