Yes. I came across such projects too.
I don't clearly understand
how they can technically divide their tokens on sub-tokens.
They argue that it's better for start-ups coins distribution.
Ut's more likely that they don't devide tokens but simply create separate tokens with the names of platform token + startup name.
e.g. HAC_HE (for Hand Energy). It's just en example. I don't like such old kickstarter's scheme. May be acceptable only after product's release.
