yep, here too, everytime we get paid we get more BTC that we can't transfer immediately, it's the catch 22 of old software. Musical chairs for the ones that can't/won't install stratum proxy.
most up to date mining software will do stratum natively and doesn't require proxy, an exception being some of the new asic stuff that comes with getwork miners installed
