Seems very likely that it's the IP flagging issue as mentioned previously in the thread as to why roll rewards have been cut in half. I contacted wetsuit + Myfe and actually like within one hour I received an email saying my account at Freebitco.in is now whitelisted and apologies for any inconvenience. And my roll bonus resumed to normal amounts.
The email:
"Your account at FreeBitco.in has been whitelisted and you should not get any further 'blocked IP' messages. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope you continue to roll and win with us!
Kind Regards,
FreeBitco.in"
Well, there is the answer to your problem. They only want to know that there are a actual "human" behind that IP and not
some bot. You should just click on FAQ link at the top and scroll down to the "Contact" form and fill in your details. They
seem to be responding quicker there.

..... Bots are a pain in the ass, and I have first hand experience of that, so any
help from the users will make things better for them.
