Accidentally noticed this 2 accounts with pretty much the same post history, John.1 and MostChampion..
Both nuked. Their recent posts are straight copy paste from other online sources. oh..and is this right place to report this kind of things? 
Yes, it's fine. You can report these things pretty much through anything, report button, direct PM to mods, or threads in Meta.
