Dev team is small but they are working hard! If you have dev programmer exp you can help them like subcontractors they are still looking new people to the dev team.

Can I ask how you know the dev team is working hard? Have you seen any of their code? Have you actually seen anything they are working on? Do you know their names or who they are personally?
