15 sat again time to buy.
This one has pretty low chance to get this coin around this level but in red period everything is possible we can see this. If this could happen than it will be nice opportunity to grab this coin which is really safe choice.
It may also take a long time until we see strong price increases as we have seen sometime in the past. It doesn't look like it is going to happen soon.
In general in general growth happens always unexpectedly and rapidly quickly. Last year for example the market slowly and long fell at this time, beating out any coins from weak hands. Then sharply at the end of March growth went and in a row 7-8 candles green was as a signal on long growth.
