I can wish you good luck in the current situation, this looks unrealistic. For 2 weeks, nothing will give you a profit in 4k, any Ico or bounty require more time, and you will lose only half the money and not get a coin.
It is a very difficult task but very impressive at the same time. Nothing is impossible in this world. There are methods to achieve this aim but all involve risk. For a person who has set such a big goal, risks wont be a cause of fear at all certainly.
The first option is to do bitcoin day trading. It is possible to earn 4000 dollars within next two weeks but it is not easy at all. Then there is gambling and martingale strategy which I personally dont suggest.
