I have a withdrawel at Polo, XEM equivalent 25000 USD, completed, it says. Doesn´t even show up on the blockchain.
The TX ID is pulled out their ass, it´s pure fiction. So for two weeks now i have been stolen 25000 USD.
Support ? Nothing ! As allways.

And i don´t get the whole "support - we are overloaded" thing, as an exchange that handles millions and millions everyday, i would just hire 100 support-people and grow my business by enhancing my reputation.
