It's off for the public until the explorer has fully synced and working properly.
Hope that XVS will release new version of windows GUI wallet this week.
Can't wait to see the new version of wallet. I have a good feeling that XVS developers team are very diligent, hard-working when dealing with any technical issues. Hope we have a better one than ever before.
