This is another scam it going to reports to mod in this page, those people run a ico IBA token and scam everybody for almost a million dollars stay away from this group scamer
this is not expected by all of us. this kind of thing is very, very harmful to us all with the deception.
I don't think we can judge the project by just saying it is a scam. I personally find some potential in this project and also like their idea about the development of smart contract from just a app. It will help many people to easily do such complicated work with just a mobile app.
