Based on the section 7 of "TOS", does "7.5" also apply to temporarily suspended accounts?
It is for Permanently suspended account. Tos has been modified and corrected.
Noticed two similar questions (on FAQ > Account) with different answers (you should combine them into one):
FAQ heading was wrong. It has been fixed now.
Specifically, you are not allowed to give people any incentive to post insubstantial posts in your threads. You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc. You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread.
The incentive is not given for posting anything.
Incentive is given for participating in site and confirming it here. We are just promoting our site activities, not bitcointalk activities. I hope it clears.
