I quite doubt crypto is "the future" per se. The technology behind it might be - though the jury is still out on that. I'd say the current developments in the field should keep everyone interested in the possibilities of the blockchain, yet we must not lose our heads - a lot of things have been hyped in the past and they are already forgotten.
