You might reconsider that form of backing your seed up.
You shouldn't rely on a 3rd party to keep / grant you access to your seed.
There is always the possibility of googles server refusing to work properly. Never rely on a 3rd party to secure your seed. Even with encryption.

Are you sure your keyboard layout didn't change in the meantime? Did you change any other language-related settings while/before/after setting up those passwords?
