I assume this is just a joke as :

1.  There's no sign of it on Bitfunder.
2.  It says how many shares would be sold but not how many there are in total - meaning noone knows whether public shares get 90% of profits, 10%, 1% or 0.001%.
3.  There's no proof offered of anything.
4.  There's no details of anything.
