I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years)

Holding works perfectly in good coins and not just wannabe coins. Also if theres no point of holding coins with 5000% increase. There will be times that you need to take profit. Dont blame your errors to the people suggesting holding the coins for long term.
Actually it depends on the coin you are holding because those coins mentioned are indeed not pumping even for a long time.
Altcoins that has a good project does pump because of the project effectiveness and functionalities so it's better to invest around $1 coins than cheaper than a penny because surely you'll get more and higher returns.
