Developeo will buy token if it goes below ico after listing is it a kind of buy back? Hmmmm thats show the kind of faith they have in their project if it's what it means, seriously if project owners have such believe in their project it will inspire confidence amongst holders

I agree with your question and still could not find the right answer for this. Lots of ICOs are promising this. But in reality nobody knows how this works. Reducing the supply will increase the price is kind of theory as of now in crypto field.
