I am reading the white paper. Isn't it conflict of interest of Class A w.r.t to Class B shareholders? Because management can acquire both class A and class B shares but decision powers will be in the hand of only class A shareholders.
Simply put, no. Managements Class B shares vest over 4 years and even after the vesting period, to ensure smooth operations, Class A shares are appointed by a board of directors.
