I like this one, especially when you resize it to small size it looks good but you have to remove the Text and also do the light gradient glass effect better.

An advice for everyone, make sure the logo is clear when you resize it to this:

Ok I hear you, standard glass effect. I'm playing with the graph on top or beneath the glass layer. If you have some comments on that one I'm all ears. I'm also going to look into the orange bits too. But let's first check if this is what you've got in mind.
