All those points mentioned are valid, true, but a 'good' post is but one thing, it's subjective.
There are no objective criteria for the value or the quality of a post beyond a certain point. You could argue that a bad post is fairly easy to spot as rolling with your had over your keyboard surely won't qualify as a good post, but if something has value depends on the person who is reading it.
I guess you're asking because of the Merit rules? Let me give you one advice in regards to this: ignore it. Your life will be easier, especially in the beginning. Try instead to learn and to get better at things as this is probably the reason you're here, you want information. If you at some point are more knowledgeable, share your knowledge with others and in time the Merits will come.
