Bonus payment:
A bonus reward of up-to 0.02 will be rewarded to the user(s) who I feel has contributed the most to this campaign. This might include having particularly high quality posts, gaining a lot of merit during the campaign, or any other metrics I can use to measure your performance. If I don't feel anybody deserves the bonus, then it will not be awarded. I reserve the right to split the reward between up to two people if both have performed excellently.
This already smells funny...I bet no one will win that prize as the managers terms and conditions are strongly determined by Him alone.
If I see that somebody has performed well, e.g. Had a lot of merit worthy posts, or clearly went above and beyond the minimum requirements, then they will receive a bonus. It is as simple as that. There is no benefit to me not paying out a bonus if it's deserved.
The bonus is an added incentive to perform well, and I certainly hope that somebody really stands out so I can reward them with the bonus.
