Lately I've been busy because of work, lack of sleep and cannot eat at the right time.


Can someone give me some tips to have a healthy lifestyle?    Sad
Even if you ate too busy at work you can still have a healthy lifestyle. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Walk as you can, walking is also an exercise for our daily routine. If you can't eat at the right time then good thing to set an alarm so you will not forget or skip your meal then give yourself fruits after you eat your meal. Drink a lot of water so you will not going to be hydrated. And sleep while you have a lot of time after work.
