Sorry, but shouldn't this be in the Reputation forum instead of the Meta forum? I had thought that Meta was for forum system review, rather than targeting specific users on the forum.
Meta is about the forum, if a DT-1 member is abusing his position then I believe it's valid here, there are threads in rep and scam about OG already
