I don't think that there is a best price, when you don't even know where the price is going to next month. It's just sort of futile to predict and plan when you're going to sell your coins for in a span of 30 days, when you're not certain if the whole thing's going to happen.

I'd say either set a target without any timeframes, or just see what happens on the first few trading days in April.

If bitcoin does go above $10k which I think it will then you should be able to turn a profit on selling at any price level, as long as it is five digits since you bought in during the dip. If you want to be conservative, then your best bet is around $10.5k which should be easily met. If you want to get a bit more risky then set a sell target of $13k or above. But you could be left holding for a long time to make that profit, ultimately it depends on you.
