Hello friends, Today i open a dogecoin account

I dont understand what should i need to do, Whats really happening and how to solve this issues . I am completely new with dogecoin .

You're probably a victim of a scammer. Never but never make your wallet on the web. Web wallets are least secure and scam is possible. There are so many wallets for a computer or mobile phone. If you use Android, download your wallet here
