I agree with you, besides, not all of the bounty hunters here in this forum is a 18 years old which is qualified on that KYC program that they are implementing on the signature campaigns on Altcoin sections. However, they are mentioning it on the General Terms on their campaign, so if you are not going to read it and just going to join then you are screwed about it.

KYC program have an advantage which is to prevent spamming, and to get rid of those people who have multiple accounts on just one signature campaign.
