Well, I want to try that site, but after that 
cost of their reputation in this case in much lesser than these 30 btc in question
so your not participating is not as big of a deal
on the other hand, if those who are currently using their site would suddenly start to abandon it, in fear of losing money...
You'd think if they were going to run, they would do so with all of the winnings.
