Again... I am not understanding this correctly. You previously said you were 100% sure of the seed because it recovered an address:

Does Electrum actually regenerate one (or more) of your old BTC addresses when your restore your wallet using your seed? Huh

This is VERY important... Without knowing the answer to this question, we cannot more forward in the troubleshooting process.
