I do mining graphic card + CPU at once following this instructions:

but graphic card get too busy and PC didn't work properly for other tasks.
Is there any way to reduce the resource on graphic card which goes for mining.
For example if now 85% from graphic card power goes to mining I want to reduce it to 65%.
usually, you can set up on mining apps the intensity of your GPU (lower intensity = lower performance, but more available to another apps)

what is your hashrate?
GPUs are not so strong in cryptonight in comparation for example with equihash algo. Sometimes, you need to accept your hashrate, you cannot do wonders with a single card.. Imagine, worldwide hashrate is around 1000 MH/s.. worldwide..

Is it windows fast mode working (give better results) for this kind of mining?
i believe you have 550 h/s not MH.
fast mode gives ~10% extra hashpower, i have some suggestions on the webpage if you have troubles with fast mode.. but usually enough one restart of pc.
In your webpage instructions for fast mode are to make a shortcut to "NsCpuCNMiner", but I haven't this file. I start mining from "xmr-stak.exe"
