There were warnings literally everywhere, you can't tell me that you didn't notice them.
If you mined on BSOD you should have gotten your coins, if not... then your wallet isn't on the correct sync. Otherwise go onto BSOD's Discord or Telegram and ask there, you should have gotten a TXID on your payout on the pool site.
