when I type at the commandline in wallet getstakinginfo
I see it:

But in the description on the site octoin indicated that the parameter of "staking" should be "false"

also I have another parameters of 'weight", "netstakeweight" and  "expectedtime"

maybe I need to change these settings, and how?
