I use two main for myself Blockfolio and TabTrader. I use them only for monitoring (from a mobile phone)

Majority of the cryptocurrency users were aware about the app blockfolio. I too use this for keeping track of the different cryptocurrencies which were listed to different exchanges. In particular it gives alerts on selling point as well buying point based on the fixed target price. Another thing it gives the ease in calculation of capital in the portfolio.
