I believe that bitcoin will survive more than 100 years. not only bitcoin but also cryptocurrency market will last for a long time. You know that everything is going to be changed with the help of technology so i think every transaction or capital will be converted into the digital platform 
I do not think so. to bitcoin to survive 100 years is not simple. Do you think that 100 years after the technology will grow to how? And does bitcoin still exist when technology is growing so fast?
