in my city the juvenile delinquency rate is becoming, and this worries parents, what should parents do to their children to reduce the level of mischief
for those who become parents I need your opinion
In our country majority of these juvenile delinquents came from a poor family. Minors are being used by syndicates for crimes because they are exploiting them because minors are not sent to jail if they are caught but are turned to social welfare offices. Parents should be held liable for the crimes their children commits. Police officers are not always there to protect us therefore we ordinary citizens should be vigilant about these crimes and report to the authorities when we see one.
That's mostly not true, because there are kids from rich homes who sometimes behaves worse than children from poor homes. Most of the time, it's either poor upbringing or a broken home that causes juvenile delinquency and as usual poverty is one of the mains causes as well.
