I read about a very promising ICO that has to do with HR. It's called OUNA. They have a telegram channel and a Facebook page if I'm not wrong... Totally worth checking it out.
Never heard about it and just do not believe only on telegram. Kindly do your research, read the ICO, query the team of ICO and see how they reply them. Check the different campaign started by them and how is the response and if people are satisfied etc
