Don't consider a bull run if the phase is not continous. Still after some positive news recently, price rebounded but still not a bull run. As far as the 24h price monitoring is concern or we can take a start at the post result of G20 summit, the price is swinging regularly and constantly around a given price range meaning there is still a mixed actions rotating (bull and bear) on the current trend.

So what to do now? Stop thinking too much and just watch how the price will behave. Give it time and "bull run" will happened eventually.
