Charity?
Why give them the hard time to know whether they should sell it now or later for them to fund that charity more?

Cash out that bitcoin and give them the dollar. That is what they always prefer. It will be easier that way. Giving them some task to withdraw it will not be called charity anymore.
I dont think you will have to ask this questions if you are really a charitable person.
