Removing the table in the first post would be too much IMO although a message referring users to go to the last page for the more updated version seems a good idea.
Yeah I agree that would be better than having the first post completely removed. Others might not bother to check the last page if there's nothing stated in the first post or until they send a reply.

Since there isn't ads running in the OP and the table is updated every ~2 weeks generally (>1 month now), i suggest to just remove the table from OP and refer users to view the last posts to find the latest updated version maintained by the community.
